One-on-one personal training in the comforts of your own home. A full health assessment will be taken on our initial meeting and we will talk about your fitness and health goals. No worries if you don't have a home gym! Remember getting in shape takes time, consistancy and perservance but in the end it is worth it!

Yoga and Mat Pilates

One on one Yoga or Mat Pilates in the comfort of your home. Sharon will teach you proper breathing techniques and body alignment to strengthen your core, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes through Pilates.  She will also teach you how to strengthen and tone, balance, and become more flexible. Sharon will teach you how to reduce your back pain, improve your energy and vitality and reduce stress through Yoga.

Aqua
Group or One-on-One Aqua Aerobics.  If you have your own pool , or live at a complex where they have a pool, and would like to train in the water in the summer months for a change in your routine, Aqua classes are the perfect solution! There is less stress on your joints and it's wonderful for individuals with osteoporosis. You can get a great cardio workout as well as work your upper and lower extremities and core.
